i received my HP Yoga Basic Strength dvd yesterday, and i wanted to thank you for taking such good care of that order.
i was one of your students at powerhouse gym* about 7 or 8 years ago, and i want to let you know how amazing
i think you are. your instruction not only inspired me, but it was also my first exposure to true fitness
-- mind, body, and soul.
and i love what you have done with your UPS label. my roommate thought it was so cool, she wanted it put up on the fridge!
oh, remember those "breath and posture" magnets you made us back in the day? i dug it out, and it is now holding up the
UPS label :)
