I told this Dharma story to my HP Yoga sangha just before last thursday's latest whipping of HP PROP WORKOUT. got great feedback from a few of the students and i'd like to share it with you this morning as i await my SUNRIDER Herbs "Slim Cap Moment" before merging into the Sky and Earth Spirits on another Sacred Sweat mission to explore thyself...

Recently an acclaimed anthropologist from Harvard decided he wanted to write a definitive treatise on the Native American culture of the southwest. He traveled to Flagstaff as his jumping off spot into the Navajo and Hopi Reservations.

For two weeks, the noted scholar camped among the ancient peoples of the arid land. Soon thereafter, he approach an Elder saying, "I have now witnessed your dances, I have now listened to your songs. I have a question."

The Elder nodded, affirmatively, encouraging his question.
