we are NOT going to get It from outside.
Turn inward.
Look within during your workouts.
Know thyself.
Racing is not about winning; it's about knowing thyself.
Many - if not most - of our Enlightened Ones and Saints were illiterate.
Too much learning muddles the Clear Mind.
Learn a little, Trust a Lot.
Work with that.
Turning inside means turning the Senses within.
As i continued to chase the Podium during the last two days of pain?
i kept the Hindi message close to my effort no matter how deeply i was hurting:
