Snow Shoveling As A Spiritual Practice...WF Lifestyle Principles expounded...

There are only a few things more delightful to a Mountain Yogi than taking that first step outside after Brahmamuhurti Meditation and getting to shovel fresh, dry-as-a-sock-outta-the-dryer southwest snow...can you name a few?...at this point in your Practice, you should know at least three of the following WF Lifestyle Principles that transform a "chore" into a "yogic Practice that keeps you aimed at Enlightenment"...

DO NOT MISS WHAT THESE PRACTICAL, FITNESS-BASED SPIRITUAL TEACHINGS ARE ON TODAY's DIRECT LINES: WHY?

well; here is why:

My point, of course, in re-iterating these long-standing WF Lifestyle Principles to you on this Day of Days...is that spiritual practice cannot be divorced from our daily life. the moment we flip that switch in our heads that once saw doing 'mundane chores' into "Daily Practice Rituals" then, Oh Mighty Minded and Limbed Warrior, THEN we Rise Higher quickly and skillfully and deliver Peace to others for we ourselves have cultivated inner peace from inner annoyance. This is a huge and pivotal step along not only our own Spiritual Journey, but also for HumanKind(ness).

Treat yourself well today; sweat some, sit some and BE Wherever You Are...
