This morning you subbed for my regular, amazing Ashtanga Yogi in our beautiful, NAYC yoga-cave.
Holy Yo-Guh!
You helped me to inhale the entire Universe,
exhale my mind right out of my skull,
and sweat at LEAST a day’s worth of ego out on to the cave-floor.
It is now QUITE apparent to me that it is the DIVERISTY of my practice(s),
not just the regularity or repetition of them that makes for success in my “Wholistic” growth!
