I really have found this to be true.
After practicing yoga of various styles for the past 15 years, HP yoga®
is the ONLY style which I have found to support and nourish my "athletes body".
I have never strained, pulled, tweaked or otherwise injured myself practicing HP Yoga®.
This has simply not been the case with other styles I have practiced.
