Everybody Sleeps and Eats...or do we?
What really matters is not just the practice of sitting but far more the state of mind you find yourself in after meditation. It is this calm and centered state of mind you should prolong through everything you do. I like the Zen story in which the disciple asked his master:

* photo; i caught this image of Ananda, Temple Cat Being Charlie, and Dewa playing in the pranically loaded Evening Brahmamuhurti last evening on our front lawn. Both Dewa and Charlie are Upa Guru's for Ananda and i in the realm of the Teaching above; when Charlie or Dewa eat; they eat. When they sleep, they sleep. No clutter from emotional baggage; no judgments interlaced with their eating; they are absorbed in the m(om)ent...as should we.
