my triceps and lats are completely wasted. stop. won the Flagstaff 10k Classic Ski Race this morning. stop. perfect 'ilg' conditions...blizzard, snowdrifts, and no real track. stop. all the HP PROP YOGA, SUNRIDER Herbs, MAP Aminos, WF Training, and inline ski skating since September paid off handsomely today. stop. basically kick-double poled and double-poled the entire way. stop.
