I have been a follower of your trainning principles for almost ten years, from time to time i try something new but find that i always come back to this path. Thank you for making sense of the constant noise that comes from the fittness community. I am a cancer survivor and have found that as i strive for more than fittness, i look for the combination of fittness, health and wholeness of spirit that i find in your Wholistic Fitness training.
