Sunday, April 29, Steve Mackel heads back to Griffith Park for a two hour trail run followed by a special High Performance Yoga® pranayama lecture and class taught by Steve’s personal coach, Steve Ilg.

We will meet at Travel Town (look for the trains just off the 134, near Forest Lawn) at 10 A.M. for a 1.5+ hour trail run/hike.
