Nutrition is like the sun of Wholistic Fitness. It radiates outward, giving life, energy, and illumination to the other four Fitness Disciplines (Strength, Cardiovascular, Yoga, and Meditation).
In Wholistic Fitness we keep eating simple, relying on principles instead of on specific diet plans or calorie counting. There are only ten simple “Wholistic Fitness Nutritional Guidelines” to follow. Embrace them (and “The Seven Natural Wonders of Nutrition Awareness”), and you’ll have a nutritional awakening. You’ll find it virtually impossible to ever overeat again too.
As simple as these principles are, I still get more questions about Nutrition than I do about any of the other disciplines. Mostly, students want to know if I can give them examples of what to eat to put the principles into action.
