note: ilg does NOT professionally recommend readers to sustain such a schedule with eating only spiritual nutrition (via Pranayama throughout day) herbs, MAP, and one Evening Mealtime. such a schedule and mastery of food (ahara jaya) comes only with decades of Practice.
